Chiyo stopped controlling her long ago and both Sasori and Chiyo stated that Sakura was seeing through his attack patterns. And the impressive part is that Sakura was reading mutiple attacks while he was controlling the string without his finger tips.
Sakura having bad taijutsu that is predictable is fanfic brought on my filler Kakashi during their team 7 -Sasuke battle.

With a 1 tomoe she blitzed a creature with a 3 tomoe while it warped space. And avoided weapon attack from MS users. Kishi said that he added glasses to make her look smarter, she looked too much like Sasuke and she looke to scary for a girl.
They are probably fake, but IDK gaiden made it weird lol, when she asked if Sasuke wore glasses, it didn't indicate she needed them exactly she could've just had them on to be like him, but her seeing Karin with them might have suggested she needs them. I still think its an act to make her seem normal.

And that cloud vs Team 7 was plot because Sakura woudl've kill Kauri.
