sarada was so nered in that scene, for one she could see chakra, two CES isn't getting overpowered by that if Sakura could punch a huge thing of iron Sand (maybe it was Sarada's base strength), three It's out of sakura's character to not teach her a basic healing ability, I think Mitsuki is seen healing her next. Nope. She needs to branch out more, taijutsu-wise, because Sakura's negged many times over by just running straight with her fist aimed while hoping for the best.
