Also, Sakura joined the field at the same time as Hinata, and was healing everyone when she wasn't in combat. She used up more chakra her, and she has more stamina according to the databook. Her not collapsing signifies that she's far more capable of prolonging a battle than Hinata taking into account that she fought for even longer periods of time, extending from JJ Madara to the end of Kaguya.

Hinata wasn't using her chakra before she collapsed, as can be seen from how she was clad in a chakra shroud. It dissipates when she falls because she's used it all up.

I'll repeat: Collapsing from being tired after fighting for 48 hours > Collapsing from two booboos after fighting for 48 seconds.
