I think it's highly likely that Kakashi will be revealed as Sarada's sensei, because he's still active in ninja affairs and he might have felt compelled to help her achieve her dream of being Kage. It would put closure on his past with Obito as he would make her succeed where his best friend failed.

In addition, I think Kakashi is the best person to talk to Sarada about what it means to be an Uchiha. He has more history with them than anyone else, isn't guilty for any of the crimes that happened to her relatives, and was trusted by Sasuke as well as Itachi. Him being Sarada's mentor could be a possibility.

who ever did it is his sensei, but nothing in sarada's current moveset shows that shes been taught by anyone outside of sakura.

Heck konohamaru has a greater chance of being her 1 on 1 mentor than kakashi, or naruto.
