There's no de facto answer to this and the conclusion one would come to depends on multiple variables. Personally however, I would say no, as I don't believe Naruto has Hagoromo's chakra anymore (though I'm not saying he doesn't have Six Paths Sage chakra).

Edit: My takes, Rikudou chakra is essentially the basis of Kaguya, Hagromo, Hamura, Indra, and Ashura's chakra and maybe the first gen of Senju and Uchiha before its slowly fade away.

It not hold many special power but it have higher potency compares to Uchiha or Senju's chakra. It will make a different if This chakra came in a form like Rinnegan and RSM.

As far as i know, he hasn't used any bijuu abilities since the war arc, but that doesn't necessarily mean he lost their chakra. Besides, it'd be pretty pointless for hagoromo to have appointed kurama as the keeper of the bijuu meeting place, only for naruto to lose their chakra over time.
