Well Boruto and friends do it all the time and nobody seems to complain. We also saw Naruto and people in his generation do it from time to time when not on missions. Heck, Lee even trains by jumping from roof top to roof top.

Let's be honest here, that logic applies to real world ninjas, but when have the NV ninjas (besides anbu, root, and criminals) shown to give any care about being stealthy when they aren't dealing with important missions or secret stuff?

I mean, even Naruto (the hokage) has shadow clones buzzing all around the village in plain sight (dressed in bright orange). There are also many famous ninjas who are known to the world at large (Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, Sakumo, Hashirama, etc...). Even civilians came from all over the world just to see Naruto, so it's clearly not like they have a problem with the villagers knowing that they are ninjas.

Well from an in-universe perspective, that is Sarada's fault. She can easily choose what she wears (in-universe of course).
