The stats are 5/5. But if in base it has more than 5 then it means that Hashirama excels in that area for a reason. Now, with sennin mode I add a little bit more in some areas that are already in their limit to show an increase of stats that we don't know.

6.- Superior Speed enough to keep up with Mangekyo Sharingan.

Why?

3.5 in both becuase we didnt see much from him in that categorys and as Hokage we must asume he has Jonnin Level at least. But if you have something that could suggest he is higher then I would like to know.

Now, being Mito's husband doesn't make him automatically good at fuinjutsu. Maybe he can be a 4 in tactical since Tobirama said Naruto is worst but he has good feats.
