Unlike the movie, they aren't shown keeping up with each other in foot speed. And Kinshiki was overwhelming Sasuke in close combat hence him needing Ameno to escape Kinshiki's final blow. So without those feats from Sasuke he goes below Kinshiki.

Okay, last question. Would momoshiki's placing change since he easily kicked sasuke to the side, despite using ameno? Iirc he down some chakra pills and got more powerful after he got revived by the ninjutsu from the kote.

I'd put him number 1 if he takes more of the red earth chakra pills, while in his default state he's below Naruto and Madara. Or maybe just below Naruto.

Hmmm, now that I read your first list again I have few questions:
- Why is teen Sasuke above lightened Raikage when he could not blitz a base Naruto at the VOTE ?
- Why is Toneri above lightened Raikage ?
- And finally why is 7G Guy above KCM Minato ?

-I am not sure how fast lightened Ay is but I think lightened Ay is probably faster than anyone in this list .lightened Ay can float which suggests that he is dozens if not hundreds of times lighter thus he should be waaaaay faster than regular V2 Ay .

-7th gate Gai surprising and pressuring Jin Madara from considerable distance is better than anything Momoshiki and Kinshiki have shown in Bourto Manga when it comes to shunshin speed.

-not sure how fast RG Sasuke is .he doesn't have any speed feats in boruto manga so we are left with just his feat against Jin Madara.

The Boruto movie showed Sasuke Naruto and Kinshiki pretty much equal.

Hmmm, now that I read your first list again I have few questions:
- Why is teen Sasuke above lightened Raikage when he could not blitz a base Naruto at the VOTE ?
- Why is Toneri above lightened Raikage ?
- And finally why is 7G Guy above KCM Minato ?

The bold is actually a very good question, though it's likely they were just jumping towards each other instead of dashing at full speed. There's no way he'd be slow enough that base Naruto could keep pace with him somewhat, but then be fast enough to catch up to JJ Madara and be called "very fast" by that same Madara.

Toneri was keeping up with The Last KCSM Naruto. KCM Naruto in the War surpassed Ay's speed. BSM Naruto is faster than that, and Naruto in The Last is much better than he is in the War in every aspect.

KCM Minato probably has a better Shunshin, slightly. But Gai's reflexes and reaction speed are >> his since he can go against JJ Madara and not get his arm sawed off in the first second of confrontation.
