Konan wins easily. Without a doubt Konan is the worst matchup for hinata. Konan can fly and attack from a distance witch pretty much wraps this fight up. What good did 64 palms do when you are out of range. I am sure konan can easily dodge air palms so case closed.

Konan might be the worst match up for Hinata. She's long ranged. Hinata needs to close the distance.
She can defend from paper bombs but it won't be absolute. Even Rotation won't secure her victory. Konan would just fly and fly and use paper clones before Hinata can actually go near her. With Byakugan she might pinpoint the real Konan, but then again, the distance is her bigger adversary.

The only scenarion I can see where Hinata wins is if Konan were to have an OOC set-up
