She basically says in this episode because Sasuke isn't sliding in her DMs because he is too busy traveling the world that she has no choice but to be lonely.

Lmao that was exactly this episode. They mention a date, making SS fans think they're getting actual substance and flashbacks, then immediately have Sakura herself shutting it down saying it's not even a date and only lasted 2 mins. And we also get no flashbacks of that time.
