Important than Sumire/Sarada/Mitsuki/Inojin/Chocho/Metal Lee/Shikadai/Doll Girl?!

I mean she's The Protagonist's SISTER and the former Protagonist's daughter . I don't understand why her role is so fodder compared to the characters i mentioned .

In the manga she's irrelevant . In the anime she's mehhh not that much focus . I know the anime/manga hasn't ended yet but up until now . She's irrelevant which is sad knowing that she's a prodigy(As Confirmed from Hiashi)
