Stood before each other at mid range on a plain grassy field were two tall, fit, white men with dark features. They both had: dark hair that fell over their faces; dark, unreadable eyes; and they both sported dark garments, though the challenger's were more apt for this fight as opposed to Chrollo's custom-made suit that contoured well around his slender yet lean figure. The similarities stopped there. Lucilfer was there to have fun with the new restrictions that capped his power, and the unnamed figure seemed to have a more serious take on the matter. It's true, two opposites attract.
Some moments of silence passed before Chrollo decided to take the initiative and kick-start things."We both know why we are here, so let us get straight into the fun, shall we?", Chrollo called out as he readied himself by activating a unique sensory ability that would allow him to keep up to date with his opponent's antics.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively

The man before him called out to Byakuren. He'd never understood the rush for battle, for senseless violence the young generation before him lusted for. What was the point? What did they get from it all? Byakuren sighed in clear disappointment at the deranged situation he'd unknowingly strolled upon. Just moments ago, he'd been dawdling through the calm, silent plains; alone in his thoughts — but now? A crazed young man... A child for mist sake, wanted to brawl for Kami knows why.
"I see there's no reasoning with you, my boy." Another sigh escaping his wrinkled lips.
"So be it."
Speaking his peace, Byakuren breathed his Suiton chakra into the atmosphere, severing both his vision, and the young man's. Complimentary to the lack of visual perception, the former Mizukage channeled his chakra into the ground, forming three sources of water; the first directly below him, while the remaining presented themselves on each side of his rowdy adversary, on the presumption he'd not changed location.
Measuring his aptitude is my best course of action currently. Byakuren pondered to himself, while forming the tiger handseal, allowing a water clone to establish itself before him. Unbeknownst to Byakuren, was the lack of deciphering the young man's sensory disallowed, with the expansion in chakra signatures.
"Let the games begin." Byakuren silently mumbled.
(Kirigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Technique

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
(Suiton: Chika Mizu) Water Release: Subterranean Waters

Description: Using his own chakra the user can, unbeknownst to his opponent, create a single or multiple water sources within the earth. The water sources can vary in size, depending on the need of the user. The user can create up to 3 separate sources but their size altogether may not exceed the size of a human sized pond. They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used only as a source for other water techniques.
Note: Usable only thrice per battle

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Type: Supplementary

Chakra: 15

Description: After performing the Tiger handseal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C-rank Water Release techniques, and requires a water source.
