Not stuff that has Six Paths chakra but anything else. Also I'm pretty sure delete and erase mean pretty much the same thing.

TSB can create and destroy whole dimension, 4D plain of existence to be exact. Means its including 3D space+Time=4D. Although time actually just a concept made by human for measuring a progress and having a sense of 'movement' to the progress. But for the case of subject in discussion here, having the power to create a whole dimension that including the concepts doesn't mean it also having the power to move between space and time. It just creates the whole structure of 4D universe, thats all. What Expensive TSB would do like BZ describes is destroying and creating whole dimension. And the power stop at there.
