I'm not denying that the Doujutsu Part is coming from Hinata obviously Boruto inherited her Byakugan but it mutated. Anyone who has knowledge on the Basics of meiosis should know that Naruto played an important role here.

Yeah I was using the term too careless not sure what Kind of chakra Ashura possessed but given the fact that he was Hagoromo's son his chakra was quite powerful.

And Naruto inherited his chakra.
