What did I sign?

My former boss, today, had me sign a paper, to make sure that he will pay me. I read the paper, and I had to put the starting date, and the ending date of my job. Then he paid me, after i printed my name and signed it. I feel uneasy about it though. What is it? Is it legal? Is this a termination? Am I fired because I quit?

Probably cos the details provided in the OP are too vague. We can't tell you if what you signed is good or bad without knowing the contents. (not that I know anything about company law tho)

Like was there any witnesses/Did you just talk to your boss directly and signed or did you call the cops because as far as I remember you said that he doesn't answer your calls...so what happened?....you have to mention things like these in order to know...if it's legal...or not...are you fired or not..
