All of the women where pregnant at once. The other villages definitely could've made there moved. Well they still had Tsunade to replace Sakura. And the Sanin is all that is needed to protect the leaf. And maybe Kakashi was still in power. So Naruto could fight.

Do you guys think that Sakura utilized genjutsu while pregnant? Because she surely can't engage in combat

Im confuzzled as to what exactly you're talking about with this thread in general, but for the bold text specifically it was stated at the very beginning of the series that Sakura was the worst at genjutsu so I doubt she was using any at any point in time.

Sakura wasn't in the village while she was pregnant (or at least in the latter stages of pregnancy). She was traveling with Sasuke as confirmed in Gaiden. That's why Sarada was born in Orochimaru's hideout.

Anyway, it is funny that 3 out of 4 K11 women (in addition to Temari and Karui) all got pregnant at around the same time.

She is basing her statement on the fact that the kids of the K11 (Boruto's generation) are all the same age, implying that all the main Kunoichi did get pregnant at around​ the same time (within a matter of months apart from each other)

Oh that's what you meant lol. And I looked into the genjutsu thing—I was indeed wrong. My bad, I don't know what I'm thinking of then; maybe it was just an anime thing but I could have sworn Kakashi was scolding Sakura at one point about her needing to work on her genjutsu awareness.
