Kaguya is the best byakugan user so there's no reason to forfeit her feats.

Tho i don't think people should compare someone like Kaguya who have chakra fruit and KKM(Byakugan and RinneSharingan) to a KKG user like Sasuke or Madara Hiashi Neji etc. To me you have to compare KKM to KKM or KKG to KKG doujutsu wise. Regarding her Byakugan all it really does is give hella good insight the rest is her massive reserves.

Probably not. I think that's the reason why the seal exists, it'll probably enhance Jougan's abilities and make it able to enter Otsutsuki's dimension.

Also you know we havent even seen what Boruto can really do with it. Once he learns to activate it at will then we can rank it properly. But i guarantee you it will easily rival 3 tomoe sharingan at that point.

Byakugan is one that finds weak points, once you do that it doesn´t matter which jutsu you will use to attack that weak points. Kaguya found weak points and used hair needle and/or eighty gods vacuum attack with great success.
