Sa..Sarada-tono's 1 Tomoe is more powerful than any underdeveloped Sharingan we have ever seen. Sakura-Ōmikami natural genjutsu prowess al..already has Sarada able to cast power Sharingan Genjutsu with a 1 tomoe. So..something nobody has done before in the manga. She naturally has a 4 in genjutsu, which is equal to her marksmanship prowess and ninjutsu knowledge. Sasuke-Tono developed a 4 in genjutsu after his training with Orochimaru-tono, and with that he was able to counter Itachi-san's genjutsu. So...Sa-Sakura-Ōmikami didn't mutant Sarada-tono's sharingan eye, but she evolved it.

Theoritically, Sarada-tono is already able to defeats It..Itachi-san's tsukuyomi. As a Genin Sarada has stats simular to Hebi-Sasuke. Let's compare Sasuke genjutsu wasn't anything special, in terms of Itachi and timeframe, It was powerful but not as sophisticated,

I never compared her to Itachi. I just said that her 1 tomoe may be potent enough to cancel Itachi's Tsykuyomi, as her Genjutsu is on par with part 2 Sasuke's, but probably better. I'm just applying knowledge and facts.
