This was hard to choose since Boruto is indeed stronger then Iwabe due to the overall growth we've seen in these episodes.

Iwabe with his rock abilities is up there in talent. Overall he is good at what he does but has a weakness against certain abilities like Chou Chou and her expansion jutsu

5. Shikadia/Metal Lee

Metal Lee would be higher on the list but due to his nervousness and as shown via this episode (15) with Shikidai the dude needs to break free from his stage freight. Also Shikadai has talent but things are too much of a drag for him to put any effort.

6. Inojin
Inojin showcased speed, sword skill and ability to use his ninja ink art. He might have more up his sleve due to his confidence but keeps it hidden.

7. Goth Girl (Need I say more, Long range puppetry and class) (A Dark Horse)

8. Chou Chou/Sarada (Unfortunately her current ranking is lacking beyond her ability with tools)

Her highest showcase was with that combo fight against the movie star. Her talent is barred until Gaiden were she will climb higher in the ranks.
