Lol he didn't even leave one hint about the main Otsutsuki clan. This episode was just an ass pull unless SP comes back with an explanation of the source of Toneri's information.

Well in the debut of Toneri he was predicting the future via the starts so who knows


on top of that you have to step back and look at reality... Boruto the series wasn't even suppose to exist, the whole thing came into fruition after the success of the Boruto the movie that was just made to gain some extra money


Kishi wasn't like (before he even started Naruto), okay I want aliens.

it is not that much of an asspull

Kaguya came from space

she doesn't come from a vacuum, she has others like her

she had a mission

she made the white zetsu army to fight against someone

we assumed it was Momo but Momo is just a average collector like Kaguya and their is some top dogs that one must report to

I'd like to think the oral decree that was passed down spoke of it in some way, and it was lost in time as we saw in The Last. Hinata then heard it from Hamura and relied it to Toneri.

To not let them know about a threat that could be even greater than Kaguya seems very stupid on Hagoromo's part.

So we learnt that the Ootuski Clan itself is thriving and still alive, that they send soldiers to different realms to harvest chakra fruit and that Kaguya was sent to Earth to do the same. Kaguya failed to report back to the clan elite even though her harvest exceeded the normal range of 10 and became 16.

Momo is down the ladder apparently and even follows orders from this so called main branch.


So I wonder how strong the Clan head is. He/She can likely take on Naruto and Sasuke with ease.

Well the level of information Hagoromo shared about the threat Kaguya feared by simply referring them as someone and now the level knowledge Toneri is showing about the main Otsutsuki simply doesn't fit right.

Would it have hurt for Hagoromo to mention something about the otsutsuki or warn Naruto and Sasuke if he had the knowledge and if he knew they'd be a threat.

Even BZ in his explanation shows Momo as the major threat. So I don't think Kaguya was considering someone else and not Momo.

Then again we don't know for sure what Toneri's source of information is. So if its not Hamura and he got to know about the main Otsutsukis from some other source, it'll all fit well.

Power of the Chakra Fruit. LVL 10 is abnormal. Kaguya's fruit was over 16. That explains why Momoshiki's Rennigan is so fodder compared to Sasuke/Hagoromo.

Highly unlikely. The Ootsutsuki Leader would likely be getting the most number of the fruits and the most powerful ones at that. Hagoromo has half of Kaguya's power, which would be like an 8 or 9 lvl Chakra fruit.
