I think its Yang. But I believe Kakashi or Yamato classified it as yin when talking to Naruto. So Idk. Because Tsuande nor Hashirama posses Yin release. And they are powerful medics. But Sakura posseses both, though she started off as a Genjutsu type so there is that. Hell according to Iruka Sakura Yin was just as pronounce as Naruto's yang.
