Are Shin and Shojoji equal in power?

Both of them are underwhelming ninjas with abilities that under the right circumstances could make them OP but given their characterization that will never happen... So with that being said are both these guys equal in terms of power?

I believe he was already using his corpse clone besides he kept trying to eat Boruto so technically he was using the jutsu but was unsuccessful most of the time due to the requirements for the technique

Sakura couldn't beat adult Shin on her own and she is supposed to be a Jonin. So I'm certain that Adult Shin is more powerful in general but he would struggle with Shojoji because of his Wind Shield. It's just a bad matchup.

I agree Sakura was getting pressured in that fight before reinforcements showed up but on a side note Shojoji Wind Shield could stop Shin's blades but he can reroute the blades to his back
