Is Storm 4 great or no?

Both, it's fun, but broken online, and definitely doesn't look or feel like much of an upgrade from full burst at all. That being said I still bought it and play it regularly so there's that

No not until 2018 I think, not a main console game anyhow, there might be some pc/mobile stuff tho I'm not sure

I don't play online, and the story mode / adventure mode sucks. Even the fights suck for the most part. The only redeeming feature is that you can change leader in a team fight.

Things that stuck:
1. Short playtime
2. Uninspiring story (adventure mode), despite having both sakura and hinata.
3. Jutsu arsenals too limited, and uninspiring (what the heck, iruka's secret technique is nonsense)
4. Character nerfing (eg: Hinata/Hanabi/Neji's attacks shave off chakra in single player as com, but don't in vs mode)
5. Unrealistic character representation (kid konohanaru does more damage in secret jutsu than most jounin)
6. No world exploration (you jump around in a map instead)
7. Tools are massively nerfed (they used to be very useful tactically in the old games)
8. Long range users > everyone else (honestly, you can beat anybody easily with temari or tenten.
9. No modding (it would have let us fix so many problems)
10. Overall underwhelming.

What I liked:
1. More power to support characters

Yep, that about sums it up. Even ultimate ninja 4 for ps2 felt more inspired.

It's cool, but I wish Boruto would have got his eye dojutsu in this one.

I just got it for my birthday so we'll see.

Last time I played it I had mixed feelings. Story mode is lame for the most part, Adventure is crap and a waste of time, Online has lag issues but is the best part of the game and the combat works and looks the best of all Storm games. See if it's worth it.

I was planning on buying ps4, but should I stick with ps3?

If you've got the extra cash I'd go with the PS4 pro personally, but if not I'd def still upgrade to the 4

Better than Storm Revelation and Storm 3. Not than 2 though
