How would you rate Big Mom, Katakuri, Smoothie, Cracker, Luffy, Jinbe, Sanji, Capone, and Pedro?

If Big Mom is a 100 then imo the others would be:

Katakuri- 90 (BM high diffs him)
Smoothie- 85 (Katakuri wins very high diff but if we go only by feats she would get mid-high diffed tbh)
Cracker- 83 (Smoothie wins extreme diff)
Luffy- 79
Jinbe- 70
Capone- 67
Sanji- 65
Pedro- 60

A 3 point gap is the minimum needed for an extreme diff fight, a 10 point gap is the minimum needed for a high diff fight, and a 20 point gap is the minimum for a mid diff fight.

If the BM veterans and Vinsmokes were included they would all be around 60-70.

Luffy couldn't beat Cracker without Nami helping him and even with Nami's help the fight lasted for 11 hours. Smoothie has a better portrayal than Cracker.

Its high diff. To me, 90 is extreme diff. I'd give Base Zoro 60. Hard to gauge Capone & Sanji & Jinbe because of match ups so I gave them all a 60 as a basis. Doesn't mean equals. Ashura Zoro gets a 68-70.
