-Sealing------->obviously was random from kishi to get rid of oro at that time...let's not forget that oro's condition was way worse than Itachi....and Itachi took him by the surprise element...I mean Jiraya would of won against Pain if it wasn't for the surprise element and their secret ....and oro still escaped by three small white snakes...The totsuka blade hype was destroyed by some small white snakes... ;D
