unless you can show something that says Kakashi definitely knows the first thing about Izanagi, Izanami, how EMS is awakened, and its relationship to Hagoromo's ability to create the bijuu then no, he doesn't know everything about the Sharingan. No, although the byakugan can see through almost everything, see chakrah within a persons body, be able to pick out the real person out of clones and distinguish who's chakrah and where it's coming from abilities, I don't believe that it can see at the cellular level. Maybe in its evolved form as Tenseigan, but not the regular Byakugan.

It's already been proven and shown that the Sharingan can see at the cellular level, but I'm not here to debate which prowess is better, just giving you an answer/opinion to your question.

And kaguyas third eye was called the Rinne Sharingan.

the Sharingan came from the Rinne-Sharingan, not the Byakugan. There's literally no canonical info that says Kaguya genetically passed the Byakugan down to Hagoromo. If Hagoromo inherited the Byakugan, then Ashura or Indra would've inherited it from him.
