The opening of portals? Not really. Short distance portals take less energy to use. Sasuke based on feats can do the same thing.

Sasuke has no feats of opening a portal similar to Kaguya's so stop trolling. Kaguya's were instant and doesn't require her to focus much to open them while Sasuke needs to focus his eye to even open one portal and that opens extremely slow compared to Kaguya's.

Dimensional hopping makes Sasuke really OP. He can open it and move in and switch places. That is the easiest tactic.

Don't see why Sasuke couldn't open a portal and then swap his opponent with whatever he sees on the other side of the portal when it's as small as the portal Obito and Sakura created. He used his ability to swap with Sakuras jacket when the portal was practically gone.. The portal was clearly too small for a person to walk back through. If the opponent is too far he could pull them in range of his Ameno which I remind you is using swap for increased range. Sasuke was shown using perfect susanoo and Ameno after his eyes were drained so it's surely possible. Deva pull removes possibilities of moving and once they are in range of swap they literally can't counter it. The portal would be too small for his opponent to make it back through. If Sasuke needed too he could always throw his sword through the portal and after he swaps his opponents location with it could walk up to his sword pick it up on his side of the portal and go home.
