Sasuke dimension shifting underrated?

Don't see why Sasuke couldn't open a portal and then swap his opponent with whatever he sees on the other side of the portal when it's as small as the portal Obito and Sakura created. He used his ability to swap with Sakuras jacket when the portal was practically gone.. The portal was clearly too small for a person to walk back through. If the opponent is too far he could pull them in range of his Ameno which I remind you is using swap for increased range. Sasuke was shown using perfect susanoo and Ameno after his eyes were drained so it's surely possible. Deva pull removes possibilities of moving and once they are in range of swap they literally can't counter it. The portal would be too small for his opponent to make it back through. If Sasuke needed too he could always throw his sword through the portal and after he swaps his opponents location with it could walk up to his sword pick it up on his side of the portal and go home.

Now that Sasuke can shift dimensions. How is he not the strongest character in the series?

No one else is capable of shifting dimensions except for Otosuki. Naruto is unable to shift dimensions

This alone puts Sasuke well above Naruto as all Sasuke have to do is open a portal Naruto goes in then Sasuke returns back to Konoha realm. There is absolutely no manga evidence to indicate Naruto can shift dimensions or even counter that.

Thoughts?

sasuke dimension shift is way weaker than Kaguya's, Kaguya couldn' t solo Naruto with that jutsu combined with her techniques.
Considering that sasuke have way less chakra than Kaguya, sasuke' s dimension shift is fodder to Naruto.
Everybody knows that, you had to be trolling.

S/T dimension shifting is never factored in... Even when people discuss Kaguya. Guess no one realizes how powerful of a tech it is.

It's kind of laggy to use in the middle of a fast paced battle don't you think? It takes a toll on him to shift through dimensions... we know he can at least get to one and come back. How much it takes a toll is probably more dependent on distance of the dimension? Either way, while it would probably be an easy one shot against your average nin and probably a good amount of higher ups as well, against someone like a full powered nardo it just doesn't seem very useful imo
