for Gaiden and Boruto the movie these two things were created without ever having a Boruto series in mind

due to the popularity of Both, like DB Battle of the Gods a series was born

while Ikemoto followed through and pushed out the movie again in Manga form his new original content has only been less then 5 or more chapters in total

while for the Anime which Kishi sat down with they basically instead decided if they were going to make a new series they needed to actual go back to the drawing board and make more character, add world building, and stuff so they just don't really on chapter 700 for the rest of the series

by doing so they have less bottle necks


then afterwards for Gaiden and the movie they just need to explain why so and so was MIA or why Boruto's eye is MIA

and now we know Sumire is going to another village and Boruto's eye went dormant

Whaaaaaa pitou was a beast... it's mainly shonen that are so bad with the women, others oversexualize, but at least they make em powerful/relevant

Again, the anime/manga are still in its early stages. Give it time....

Boruto and Sarada have at least some relationship but what is preventing her to interact with her other team mate

Sarada doesn't know him and Sarada hasn't had the chance to connect with Mitsuki like he has with Boruto. Remember that the his characters motivation and initial purpose is centered around Mitsuki wanting to understand Boruto (slight obsession).

Let Sarada develop her character first before throwing her under the bus. This arc is about Sumire and her past so I understand why people prefer her over Sarada.

I mean Sarada barely interacts with Mitsuki, doesn't barely even knows him in Gaiden and always nags at Bolt over and over agian.

In the movie we don't even see her and Mitsuki interacting beyond a classmate, platonic relationship and giving orders. In the manga it is nonexistent.


The ending of Mitsuki, Sumire and Boruto even adds to it more then Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto (which was more Sasuke and Naruto) had in chemistry and relationship/team mates.

Besides POWER and SANIN Team 7 abilities comparisons what is there?




Mitsuki does the third man comedy routine with them but he doesn't FULLY express himself when with Sarada

neither does Boruto actually truly connects with the TEAM as well below a stage 2 relationship/bond


This current episode ALONE had a interconnected character development for NEO TEAM 7 then the MANGA and the MOVIE ever had.

Weren't Boruto and Sarada friends since they were like 4 years old?

There isn't much interaction between Sarada and Mitsuki is because Mitsuki is a new student that came from another village. Once they start becoming a team of three, I think there will be more interaction between Sarada, Mitsuki, and Boruto.
