Sasuke dimension shifting underrated?

Now that Sasuke can shift dimensions. How is he not the strongest character in the series?

No one else is capable of shifting dimensions except for Otosuki. Naruto is unable to shift dimensions

This alone puts Sasuke well above Naruto as all Sasuke have to do is open a portal Naruto goes in then Sasuke returns back to Konoha realm. There is absolutely no manga evidence to indicate Naruto can shift dimensions or even counter that.

S/T dimension shifting is never factored in... Even when people discuss Kaguya. Guess no one realizes how powerful of a tech it is.

It's pretty useless considering Sasuke would have to somehow put Naruto in there, which isn't likely to happen, and if he fails the first attempt he automatically loses the battle.

Sasuke is smarter than Naruto. His IQ is higher. Naruto would never expect it.

I dont think so. Sasuke travels in and out of dimensions. PS takes alot of chakra but Sasuke used it agains tKAguya multiple times. He fought Kinishiki and Momo used the jutsu to escape too.

Naruto can fly away. Sasuke can only open portals and he has to walk in as shown in the movie and manga. He can't switch dimensions that's kaguya's technique.

Yea but Obito describes kaguya portal jutsu take impossible amounts of chakra. Sasuke can only use his dimension jutsu once before it weakens his eye. Never seen PS weaken his eye.

That was A Sakura that used stored up three years worth of chakra combined with Obito.
