I don't think it's coreless because the CT that he used had Bijuu's as the core's so his CT can't be coreless if the bijuu's are the acual core..

Well I'm sure that's what a they meant. The person in the CT is the core is even better than making a core.

No such thing as coreless CT. We know how it usually works, the user (let's take Nagato) molds "his" chakra into a ball and releases it into the sky. This then attracts things to it (rocks, trees and people etc) and it gets turned into a ball sealing everything together. Now Sasuke put the Bijuu in a Genjutsu ("his" chakra entered them) and immobilized them. Just like Nagato's chakra ball (I'm going to call it that), the Bijuu became Sasuke's chakra ball because they had his chakra in them, which led to the usual scenario of attraction and then the ball(s) in the sky. Sasuke doesn't have powerful enough Genjutsu that could hold Kinshiki or Momoshiki (same for Kaguya and Madara) that would enable him to turn them into cores. Plus in Naruto's case Kurama (or he himself) would break him out, rendering the technique useless.

Lel only a retard thinks a genjutsu is needed for CT at this point. Deva was always used without a catalyst for chakra unless you say Pein needed to submit his foes in genjutsu to cast shinra tensei of bansho tensei.

Did I say Genjutsu was needed for CT? No I said Sasuke used Genjutsu on the Bijuus and use that to turn them into the core. Didn't say he couldn't do it with his own core, that was down to your reading comprehension. Sasuke used Genjutsu on the Bijuu (a page or 2 before the scan you posted) and turned them into the core (highly likely he used the chakra in them from the Genjutsu to turn them into the core, as its the users chakra that's used for the technique). Didn't say he can't do it the usual way, just that this was the way he did it in the Manga. Doesn't change the fact that he can't do it to powerful opponents, which also shown in the Manga (with him not actually doing it).

Or it could just to be you being rustled/not being able to read properly and running to defend a fictional character without knowing what was actually said.

Sasuke's CT are coreless as shown in the manga. There was no black sphere or anything and that is manga fact. Any other interpretations are just baseless assumptions which have no value. We saw how Nagato CT had a black core when trying to capture the 9 Tails, and then we saw how Sasuke put his victims in CT without a black sphere. It's as simple as that, no need to twist the manga to make it fit your interpretation.

Actually, Sasuke isn't supposed to be stronger than Naruto; they're designed to be equal. If Sasuke truly has a coreless CT he would be way stronger than Naruto without a doubt. Therefore it's impossible for coreless CT to exist.


I know it's just a game but in Naruto Ninja Storm 4 Sasuke pierces his opponent with Kagutsuchi FIRST before using coreless CT

Fast forward to 6:08 and he does the same thing. He slashes Naruto with his sword before using coreless CT

What was shown is that a link of some kind is needed. Arguing otherwise is just baseless speculation. At least the contrary has one piece of evidence.

Can't use Chibaku Tensei without a link through his own chakra. Either use yourself as that link to attract or repel, create one of those spheres to act as the link, or in Sasuke's case, using the chakra he had within the Bijuu when he placed them under genjutsu to establish a link and turn them into the core.


Genjutsu being used to both restrain the Bijuu and to establish a link with them for the use of CT. Two birds with one stone.
