Mei definitely seems to have the ninjutsu advantage but by her feats I haven't seen anything that takes out a byakugou user. Sakura outlasts her and wins.

This is difficult since Mei is probably faster and her long ranged jutsu are a bad match up for Sakura.

I think Sakura would pull a high diff win with Katsuya, and there's also the possibility of her being more powerful due to her byakogou storage having 10 more years worth of chakra, and by the last movie she was confirmed to be the strongest medical ninja in Konoha which included Tsunade at the time since she was in the village.

Not every Hyuuga is as skilled as Hiashi or Neji, and based on feats only they are faster than her.

I'm pretty sure I already posted Sakura's speed feats at least 100+ times on this forum since the date I joined, and I'm not going to do it every single time someone questions it.

But Hiashi has literally no speed feats. While the quality of Sakura's speed feats can be debated, there is the fact she does have a few under her belt. I think she's clearly faster than Hiashi.

If Sakura does end up smashing the ground, Mei can spit out suiton to guard against the impact/debris that is launched towards Mei while also propelling her away from the exploding ground.

If Sakura summons Katsuyu, its acid can be blocked by a water wall. If Katsuyu tries to surround Mei by splitting, Mei's suiton can wash away the mini Katsuyu fissions.

On the other hand, Mei can combo Sakura with water pillar, followed by a strategically aimed water dragon to launch her right into Mei's lava. I think Mei wins high difficulty because focusing on either Sakura or Katsuyu might leave an opening from another.

So unless you want to argue that Sakura is as durable as Susano'o I'm afraid she has nothing in her disposal to survive Mei's Lava for that matter.
