lol I am not even going to comment at that Hinata bluff but I will give you an explanation on Himwari as well as a logical reason for the lack of Sarada.


a) Himawari was indeed nerfed as we learnt via the anime that the Byakugan doesn't awaken for every Hyuga and that you need to bring yourself through tough and harsh training to unlock it.


Himawari is currently the youngest known individual to unlock a dojutsu... at the age of 3 no less.

Naruto and Hiashi even confirmed it was an oddity and something that isn't the norm, let alone having a high class GF move seconds after unlocking it.

She hasn't been able to use it ever since which in itself is a nerf seeing as we also learnt that Hiashi personally wants to train her when she re-awakens it again.



b) For Sarada there is another reason as to why we don't see her, let alone see moves from her when she does appear in the Boruto anime.

The REASON for this is that Sarada's MAIN combat debut is during Gaiden. From there we see her use CES for the first time and also unlock the Sharingan for the first time.

Meaning that if they did give Sarada screen time then they would have to make new moves that are not seen in Gaiden which would be a problem since then they would somehow need to re-arrange Gaiden in such a way to comply with those said moves.


For Boruto we have a similar problem with his Dojutsu eye but unlike Sarada, he isn't really shown in Gaiden and does he does his new eye tech via his sub conscious rather then it being done manually.

Besides that his other moves are seen during the Boruto movie. Plus he is the main character so they have to focus on him regardless.

After Gaiden tough, SP would be finally able to introduce Sarada with CES and Sharingan feats instead of the same old Ninja star toss we currently see.

And himawari can't use the byakugan whenever she wants.
Sasuke awakened the sharingan once when he was a kid but it took him a while to do it again
