On a serious note, I used video game reference because it sort of looks like what a Lava RS would be. It wrecks bosses, Naruto wrecked Madara, they're the same but different, but still same.

Clearly don't know how the FRS vs Kakuzu worked then. When he used it vs Kakuzu it had no "cutting" power as he didn't have SM so it just hit and exploded. Vs pain due to Senjutsu he was able to throw it which in turn was able to cut and explode afterwards. Vs Madara it cut the shinju fully but not Madara.

He's talking about the actually windmill aspect of Rasenshuriken, which when held doesn't slice through the opponent because it is parallel to them but when thrown becomes perpendicular.
