It was arguably a tie. Yeah, Naruto won, ideologically, but as you can see, physically, they ended up the same. So this was pretty much a tie since what matters is the physical aspect not the ideological.

Itachi also solo'd the shit out of Naruto so it makes 4x0 for the Uchiha boys.

If Naruto and Sasuke clashed, the same thing would happen like always. Their jutsu's would cancel and both would fly backwards. You also conveniently forgot the fact that Sasuke had his Sharingan on during that clash and could have easily dodged Naruto's attack.

VOTE1 Naruto's job was to bring Sasuke back not scratch a damn headband, he failed and lost the fight. Stop making excuses.

Naruto didn't win. Logically speaking Sasuke should have had his arm, not Naruto. Naruto had a normal Rasengan while Sasuke had an amaterasu in his chidori.
