I was planning on making this thread later, but according to the Boruto Team, Boruto in the future will learn to master his Dojutsu's. He has ninjutsu talent, which makes him 'talented', and he's path on into becoming a full fledged ninja will revolve around him becoming a mixture of Naruto + Sasuke.

That's what his future lies. I'll probably make the thread later

I just watched the episode, it's hard to confirm whether or not Boruto's Dojutsu is the cause of the teleportation circle. But he did emit a lightning kind of which caused the scenario events.

I'm thinking it'll be clear next episode anyway.

It first looked like it was Boruto's doing duo to the fact that his eye somehow reacted and the next thing happening is a S/T Technique. It was just confusing because the nue "came back" to absorb Sumire. So it looked like it was his own technique.

Because of how unclear it is, I'll wait for the next episode to clear it up.

Because to me it looks like Boruto just forced the Nue out, or something. Idk, it's vague

What is it with Anti fans constantly trying to credit Bolt's eye to Naruto when Hinata's the one with the dojutsu, AND when Momoshiki said Bolt has nothing power-wise genetically from Naruto's end before going on to note his Hyuga blood. Read the manga :lol

The new eye is probably a genic mutation because of Narutos senju/uzumaki/kurama/asura/hagoromo chakra and the byukugan/hamura chakra.

Hamura and Hagormo didn't have the same eyes either.

The author drove home the point that Naruto's powers weren't passed down to Bolt. Unless stated otherwise, there's no reason to believe he has any influence on the eye
