Naruto and Sasuke Dying Would Make Sense.

They defeated blah blah.

Well back then they were main characters so their plot armor was strong

Kishimoto wasn't gonna kill of the MCs

Hence why the somehow defeated people 1000x stronger than them with a**pulls,talk no jutsu, and plot protection.


Now that they not mains anymore they can realistically die like they were been supposed to.

The problem is that all those asspulls have made them into such powerful characters that it is not conceivable that they die.

It would take a character of Kaguya level or jj madara level to kill any one of them(in a one on one fight). It is also not conceivable that any new gen character surpasses either Naruto or Sasuke

That would make sense but I doubt that would happen. He already got chance for that in 4 Shinobi war and didn´t do anything.

At first I thought the same thing until the Boruto anime showed Boruto having a possible Tenseigan given Toneri's interest in him. Couple that with a alien curse mark of unknown power, I wouldn't be that surprised if Boruto does end up being almost as powerful Naruto and Sasuke.
