What's wrong with Sarada? And why do they need to rebuild the clan? The shinobi world might be at peace but bringing a shitload of Uchiha into the world for no reason other than to "rebuild the clan" will only make people think they're trying to continue with Madara's work. Rebuilding a clan that spawned someone like Madara and nearly ended the world will not make people (especially in other villages) eager to see more of them.
