Power vacuum in the world, maybe?

A lot of support from the US would be gone and there would be a big hole to fill.

China might play a big role. Some countries might take it as a free pass to invade their neighbors.

Right now perhaps climate change would be better.

Seriously though, I'm not sure, I heard some people count on the Us imperialism so maybe that could have an impact, lots of culture comes from there, that's where hollywood is.

There would be less strife in the world – directly because of fewer wars and indirectly since there would be less immigrants, especially Muslims, living outside their ancestral lands.

On the other hand if the US had never existed we'd probably be at least half a century behind as to science and technology, for these in the latter part of the 20th century have mostly been the work of Americans (other European countries making a modest and Japan a small contribution).

The genocide of the Chinese people in 1937-1945
The Japanese killed more than the Germans and the United States in the history of 35 million Chinese according to official data

Wrong.

China and South Korea are stand alones that would be as far in technology as they are right now, even without the existence of U.S.

Tbh, they'd be behind a little but not by much.
