I think in part 1 he said he'd want to be the Hokage after Naruto. Would you believe him to be the next likely candidate after Naruto's death?

I think most likely kakashi would take the position again and konahamaru would be hokage in end of series. I sat this because they have a hokage for each generation I don't think they will pick another person from narutos gen to do it so they'll pull a hiruzen

Unlikely. The most notable to ascend to the position of Hokage would be Shikamaru. Being an already adviser to the Hokage after all. Similar to how Darui became Raikage. The 1st Mizukage's bodyguard became the 3rd Mizukage, and so on & so forth.

Hokage should be the one to lead his people,care about his people,his village ,protect them, teach them something ,just as Hashirama and Hiruzen...Will of Fire. Konohamaru doesnt have that. He is even using ninjatools/cheat device...or w.e its called, that should tell you enough.

After Naruto steps down as Hokage, it's a possibility for him to be the next Kage. After him, it'd be Sarada.
