Itachi Sama was chunin yet ultra S rank Hanabi Hime is genin and on par with Itachi Sama if not stronger. Itachi's eyes awoke the Rinnegan and Hanabi's eyes awoke the Tenseigan.
Tell her. Part 3 Hinata was still chunin. We don't know anything about Part 3 Hanabi. And obviously Hanabi's Eyes are even without The Tenseigan the most powerful ones. The Last stated her eyes are pure and on the Level of Hiashi's. Hanabi beats Itachi, period.
