Dude,Sasuke canonically used his PS just 4 times before running out of Chakra so no he can't use PS more times than Kakashi can use Kamui snipe and destroy it ,and no the user can't remake his PS instantly once it is destroyed unless you have an evidence for that but even then Kakashi can can warp Sasuke PS 's head along with Sasuke himself .

Are you pretending like you don't know how chakra works. If Sasuke is several damaged he lose a lot of physical stamina. That's half of what it takes to produce chakra.

Sasuke use Amaterasu after the collision, which is said to take huge amounts of chakra. He also used chidori and lose more physical stamina from the taijutsu battle him and Naruto had. That's when he ran out of chakra. So yea it's still all moot.

If it was normal Rinnegan Sasuke then all he'd have to do is intercept Kamui with any other part of Susanoo and then immediately follow up w/ Chidori to rip Kakashi's Susanoo apart. In this scenario all he needs to do is preempt Kamui w/ Chidori Senbon. The Senbon are as large as Bijuu Dama, so once they are fired and reach Kakashi his LoS will be blocked by them and thus he'll end up absorbing those instead.

However he won't be able to get all 3-4 together so the other 3 pierce through his Susanoo.

He said " I've used too much chakra " regardless of that being after being injured .
If he used kamui big enough to warp the head ,the user would be warped with it .no need for scans for that .Kakashi can easily use Kamui big enough to warp the whole upper half of Sasuke's PS along with Sasuke.

This genjutsu doesn't have feats to trap someone with MS eyes powered with rikudo chakra .its best feat is just immobilizing Bijus who were shown to be extremely weak against MS Genjutsu .even 14 years old Obito had no problem at all in controlling full kuarma .there is no even an evidence that the genjutsu Sasuke used to immobilize the Biju was a new Rinnegan Genjutsu not just empowered MS genjutsu used through the Rinnegan eye similar to how he used amatrasu through it .
