We don't know of Karin's healing is a result of Uzumaki genetics.

If Sakura's strength is genetic then why she didn't have it in Part 1? She would've destroyed Zaku and Ino if she did.

Tsunade taught her to hone her chakra and use it to maximize her strength while also gaining Byakugou in the process from storing chakra into her forehead. Plus, Sakura is probably teaching Sarada the same thing :lol

which is proof through Mito, Naruto, Kushina, and Karin.

Sakura didn't teach her that since she didn't use it earlier in the Gaiden during battle and Sakura was already great with chakra control before she even met Tsunade. Sakura and Sarada's chakra control skills are clearly based on their genetic which allows them to easily perform super strength.

You have to remember that the Gaiden had horrible writing and Kishi probably just forgot that Tsunade had to teach Sakura to do that.

But at the end of the day, that technique requires certain genetics to be performed.
