She can't use rotation/cannonically never been shown to.

Idgaf about Hamura by the way. He has no feats and his chakra didn't give Hinata any significant power boost or her feeble Lion Twist (this is like biting my own tongue) would have been able to shatter the Tenseigan energy vessel w/o Naruto's assistance.

Hamura's special chakra properties made him the only one of his descendants who was able to naturally and independently manifest the Tenseigan, while also making him the only who could destroy it, as he later bestowed Hinata his chakra so she could destroy the energy vessel.

If she had some special powers related to his chakra should would've gotten the Tensigan, as Sasuke got the Rinnegan. He gave her just enough to destroy the energy vessel, thats all.
She isn't flying, she isn't doing anything.
Hinata is as much of Hamura, as Boruto is of Kurama. May have some trace amounts chakra inside of them but they aren't special
