according to the 3rd DB, her score is 3 in speed. but in the war arc, she has shown some impressive speed feats that suggest that she surpassed that level.

so what is her level of speed?

She is definitely a 5, in base form while low in chakra she reacted to something Naruto and Sasuke where having trouble with and that is not even in her final form, byakugou increases her speed too

Her reflexes seem to be on par with her teammates
Even boruto classifies her as having better h2h combat than naruto and on par with Sasuke


Another thing you should note is that her strength and speed has always been equal

He body flicker is pretty fast
She caught a target she punched in seconds

Her striking speed is nothing special for taijutsu fighter , compared to Lee and Gai or Neji and Hinata who have great striking speed with 64 palms attack.

I dont know about her reflexes to be honest.

Also only Itachi and Might Gai have 5 in databook. She is nowhere near their level.

Hebi Sasuke , Rock Lee, Kakashi have 4,5. She is nowhere near their level too.

So 3,5 in base and 4 when Byakugou is activated.
