He'd still be top tier. He'd be a prodigy so to speak, at the top of his class.
During part 1, he was awful with chakra control, but that was due to Kurama. Kurama was more of a hinderance to Naruto back then. He literally had to make sure that he wouldn't take over his body. Sure he wouldn't have nearly as much chakra as today, but his skills would be much more refined and he'd learn more new OP jutsu's. Chances are, his dad would be alive and he'd learn FTG as well as SM at a younger age. Even learn more hax sealing techs.

Face it with or without those enhancements he'd still be OP. :win:

Are you implying they fought on equal footing? Base naruto is far from fodder tho.

On one hand he's using BSM chakra so you can't consider it base mode, but on the other hand the rest of his body was in base and bijuu chakra is HIS chakra just like the Juubi was to Hagoromo, so technically it can be considered a base mode feat

Naruto is a complicated enigma, he performed a BSM feat in base mode, that's all I can say.

And what does that change ? His chakra is permanently mixed with Kurama's that means Kurama's power is also his own just like Juubi was to Hagoromo, Madara and Obito.

I still won't ever get over that tho. That made Naruto look good while it made momoshiki look weak. Dude got dodged twice by Naruto's slowest and weakest form.

Like I said fanfic. Naruto had mastered chakra control when he learnt how to walk on water there was no higher level of chakra control. Prodigy keep dreaming Naruto's own reserves and body were enhanced by the 9 tails in base he'd be iruka level without it. There is no doubt he'd not be able to learn FTG he doesn't have the brain capacity for it. But you can keep dreaming.

All it showed was what most people like to ignore: Base Naruto is still powerful without Kurama.
