She has all you need to be perfect Hokage :
1. Byakugan as tool for peace in Konoha
Her Byakugan allows her to see 20 kilometers in every possible direction . Plus the fact she can see through any building in Konoha. With this she can easily monitor entire village. It would gave her total awareness about anything that happens in the village. Also with 20 Km range she can easily see if someone is trying to attack the village allowing her to raise alarm and prepare citizens for incoming attack.
2. Social status
She has extremely high social status as heir of Konoha most powerful clan, direct descendant of Hamura and current Hokage wife.
3. Willingness and courage to give her life in order to protect what is precious to her.
This is shown 2 times in the manga.She was ready to face Pain and gave her life to protect Naruto.Same happened against Juubi she was willing to give her life to protect Naruto against Mokuton spikes .
4. Strength
As said she is now master of gently fist fighting style and it has Hamura chakra inside her.
5. Good person
You must be good person to be good ruler. Hinata is good and caring person. Kishimoto also says that she has Pure Heart,this alone explains everything.
