Drew the first one for this month's future art contest. I'm always looking for new ways to improve my art. I know I suck at hands k

I like the hair and the style. So this is art using graphic tablet? Now I'm motivated to do better...
Thank you, and yes, my graphic tablet came last week. I loved your minimalistic art, and I'm still interested in seeing more of your art xD
You're very good at anatomy, something I need to improve on.

nice style and backgrounds, whatever style though aim for good proportions, waist looking small, torso too small, neck too thin, and arms too long. avg human is 7.5 "heads" tall, 8 for ideal, from top of the head to chin, chin to nipples, nips to navel, navel to crotchline and so forth. ignore all this unless your drawing came out exactly how you wanted it to look

Wait whaaa, the torso and waist are too small? o.o I thought they looked slightly accurate. But yes, I 100% agree with everything else. Thank you for the body/head measurements! I remember my teacher talking about it, but I totally forgot until now. :p Ill definitely use it from now on

Thanks. I think I developed my style around anatomy. I tend to go OC on proportions. animals74 is right, whatever style, I think you should aim for proportions. Nonetheless, solid talent. and courage, if I may add. I believe art takes courage.

Yep, anatomy is very hard! Especially when you think you got the proportions right, but it ends up looking terribly off after. :sniff:
However, you're very good at it, so im very envious of you :p

Art does take courage. It takes courage for you to step outside your comfort zone and draw something completely different to your usual art. For example, drawing guys instead of all girls, drawing different poses, different facial features, different styles. Theyre all things that require bravery. Plus the fact that it can be very time consuming, so you need to be 100% commited, or else you'll be disappointed with the outcome.

It's also a matter of choice. There are tons of stuff you do and a number of things you can consume your time with. And I chose to draw and practice it, believing that it'll get me where I hope it will. I wish both of us luck with our art :) :)

Do you plan on making a living off art? If so, I wish you luck! If not, I wish you luck anyway!! :ilu:

Great work. You'll improve in no time. Your coloring and shading skills are great. I think you should use black out line.
I've had terrible experiences with black outlining in the past, but maybe I should give it another shot. Thank you!

Pretty good.
Thanks!!
