Whether it's Boruto's headband, which he is wearing now, or Sasuke's. He's carrying a crossed out headband.

Though the reason why I don't wanna say yes or no is because people thought that Boruto's scar on his eye meant that when he eventually loses his eye, he'll get a transplant. But that's not the case. He has his own eye.

So it's possible that:

The author wants to make you believe he's going rogue
The author wants to make you believe he has Sasuke's headband.

But I'm going with the former due to Boruto having no reason to need anyone's headband when he has his own.

There's a story behind everything in that scan, I think.
