In reference to raw power yes Madara's Senjutsu/Rikudou enhanced Storm release is stronger but in terms of application Darui's creativity and usage of it is much more superior

I can only image what else he has done with it since the time lapse

I agree if thats how you want to look at it. However Madara as a Juubi Jin has the power of all chakra natures and kkgs if he wanted to copy how Darui controls his storm release I dont see what's stopping him.

Not only are you comparing two different techniques, but you're also using someone whose abilities are based on Storm Style to someone who just gained the element. Obviously Darui is showcased better.

1. Those are 2 different techniques.

2. Darui didn't use his Storm Release tech against a 6P Senjutsu user.

3. Plot allowed Madara to use a Storm Release tech once and it was to cut in CQ.

4. You're trying to compare the skill lvl of someone who has been using Storm Release for yrs to someone who had just recently acquired it via powerup.

5. Madara was in control of the trajectory of his Storm Release tech. Naruto just managed to dodge it at the last possible moment.

Darui's hit his target and did moderate damage. Madara's would've bisected his target and cut the Truth Seeking Stick in half and is far faster than Darui's jutsu. It's obvious which one is better.

Yes due to their power up gaps Madara's is much stronger.

I was speaking on overall effectiveness.

I even stated in OP that bsaed on RAW power Madara's was stronger but based on feats Madara's could be much better if he guided it.

But power is apart of overall effectiveness. That and speed. Madara can guide it in a sense as well as it is attached to his mouth.

Smh do you know what Madara was ? As a JuubiJin he was the literal embodiment of nature, the power of every element flowed through him like water in a fountain. Comparing his storm release to Darui is like comparing a pyramid to a lego structure.
